1. Introduction
Welcome to Regenix. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Regenix website (regenix.com.pk) and the aesthetic and cosmetic medical services provided at all Regenix branches, including Regenix — Jail Road and Regenix — Green Forts, both located in Lahore, Pakistan.
By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, or receiving any treatment at Regenix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from booking or using our services.

2. Appointment Policy
Booking: Appointments may be booked in person, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through the Patient Portal on our website. All bookings are subject to availability.
Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation message from Regenix via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Consultation Requirement: Some treatments require an initial consultation with our medical team before a treatment session can be booked. This is to ensure patient safety and suitability.
Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling to avoid inconvenience to other patients.
Patient Information: You are required to provide accurate and complete medical and personal information at the time of booking and before each session. Withholding relevant medical information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling +92 321 0067711 or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at the clinic's discretion.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice ("no-show") may result in a no-show fee and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge, subject to availability.
Regenix Cancellations: In the rare event that Regenix needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment (e.g., due to medical emergencies, equipment issues, or force majeure), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
4. Treatment Disclaimer
Medical Advice: The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All treatment decisions are made by qualified medical professionals at Regenix following a proper clinical assessment.
Individual Results: Aesthetic and cosmetic treatment results vary between individuals. Regenix makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Before-and-after images shown on our platforms represent individual results and may not be indicative of results for every patient.
Informed Consent: Prior to any procedure, you will be required to sign an informed consent form acknowledging that you understand the nature of the treatment, potential risks, contraindications, and expected outcomes. No treatment will be performed without your informed written consent.
Contraindications: It is your responsibility to inform our medical team of all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and any recent procedures before undergoing treatment. Regenix reserves the right to decline treatment if a patient is deemed medically unsuitable.
5. Payment Terms
Fees: Treatment fees are as quoted at the time of booking or consultation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as indicated at the clinic. Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Packages & Prepaid Sessions: Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable once a session has been commenced. Unused sessions within a package may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval from Regenix management.
Promotional Offers: Discounts and promotional offers are subject to availability and specific terms. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
6. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient of Regenix, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and medical information
• Disclose all known allergies, medications, and relevant medical conditions
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our medical team
• Attend scheduled appointments on time or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Treat all Regenix staff with respect and courtesy
• Not bring unauthorised persons into consultation or treatment rooms
• Refrain from recording or photographing inside the clinic without prior written consent
• Promptly report any adverse reactions or concerns to our medical team
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in termination of your treatment plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan:
No Guarantee of Results: Regenix does not guarantee any specific treatment outcomes. Aesthetic medicine involves inherent variability in individual responses to treatment.
Medical Complications: While our team follows best clinical practices, as with all medical procedures, there is a risk of side effects or complications. Regenix's liability for any such adverse outcomes shall be limited to providing appropriate corrective medical care.
Website Content: Regenix is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on our website. Always consult a qualified medical professional for personalised medical advice.
Force Majeure: Regenix shall not be liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Regenix operates in compliance with applicable Pakistani regulations governing healthcare providers, including those issued by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) where applicable.
